摘要
介绍了国外超急性期、急性期、康复期、延续照护期脑卒中病人护理实践内容,从保护性功能、解释性功能、安慰性功能、整合性功能4方面介绍了不同功能阶段脑卒中病人护理实践内容。通过系统分析国外脑卒中护理指南及实践内容,旨在为国内护理同行界定脑卒中护理实践内容、拟定标准化护理方案提供参考。
It introduced the contents of nursing practice in stroke patients in super acute phase,acute phase,rehabilitation period and continuity of care period,and introduced nursing practice of stroke patients in different functional stages from 4aspects：protective function,interpretative function,comfort function and integrated function.Through systematic analysis of the nursing guideline and practical content of stroke patients in abroad.It provided the reference for definition of stroke nursing practice content and developing standardized nursing program for domestic nursing colleagues.
