引进外商直接投资对山东省二氧化碳排放的影响研究

An Analysis on the Effects of Foreign Direct Investment on Carbon Emissions in Shandong Province

本文基于低碳经济背景,对山东省引进外商直接投资对二氧化碳排放的影响进行实证研究。发现:1)山东省引进外商直接投资在当期会加剧二氧化碳的排放,经济发展水平和产业结构与二氧化碳排放呈正相关关系;2)滞后一期的外商直接投资则对二氧化碳排放产生了抑制作用,环境规制也有效抑制了当地二氧化碳的排放;3)外资企业的工业总产值的增加,在短期内对二氧化碳的排放也都具有促进作用。

Under the background of low-carbon economy,this paper tried to explore the effects of FDI on carbon emissions in Shandong Province the roughempirical analysis and found：1） FDI promoted the carbon dioxide emissions in Shandong province in current period,economic development and industrial structure both have positive correlation with CO2 emissions;2）But the first-lagged FDIhave significant inhibitory effect on CO2 emissions,environmental regulation also could help to reduce carbon emissions;3）The increase of total industrial output value will lead to the increase of CO2 emissions in short term.
