摘要
通过开放式问卷、访谈、专家讨论以及预试等方法,确定了知识型员工敬业度调查量表的项目,然后对来自珠三角地区的25家企业464份有效样本进行了实证研究。经因素分析发现:知识型员工的敬业度由组织认同、奉献精神、专心致志、精力充沛、愉悦和谐等五个维度构成。
through the open questionnaire and interview, expert opinion and the methods of test, and the knowledge employees engagement scale project, and then from different areas of 24 enterprise 288 valid samples an empirical study. After exploratory factors and the verification factor analysis found that: the knowledge staff's professional degrees is by dedication, energetic, organization identity, devotion, cheerful with five aspects 21 factors that make up the structure model.
