摘要
房屋老化、道路狭窄、规划无序、采光和通风不良等是岭南地区历史街区普遍存在的问题。为改善岭南历史街区的建筑环境、功能以及资源利用形式,文中以东莞石龙镇岭南一号历史街区为例,将广场空间设计、自然通风系统的利用、自遮阳体系的构建、景观绿化设计、可再生能耗的回收利用等生态建筑技术应用于该历史街区的生态改造,并通过建筑环境计算机仿真,从定性和定量两方面分析了这些生态建筑技术的运用对岭南历史街区生态性的影响。结果表明:通过生态建筑技术,能有效改善岭南历史街区的自然通风及街区微环境,减少太阳热辐射对街区的影响,提高可再生能耗的使用率。
Housing aging, narrow road, planning disorder, poor lighting and ventilation, etc. are the problems in the historic district in South of the Five Ridges area. In order to improve the building environment, function and resource utilization of historic district , based on the project of historic district renovation of Dongguan Shilong Lingnan No. 1 plaza, the historic district in South of the Five Ridges area renovated by the ecological technology include square space and natural ventilation, the system of sunshading, and the design of landscape and the re-newable energy recycling. With the computer simulation and energy consumption measurement, a series of analy-ses are conducted as to what extent historic district eco performance is influenced by the design of ecological renovation. The results show that ecological construction technology will effectively improve the natural ventilation and the micro environment , reduce the influence of the solar radiation on the block, and improve the utilization rate of the renewable energy consumption.
