A Research about Refinement Management of College Foundation

高校基金会已经成为我国高校的重要组成部分,在资金募集上对我国高等教育的发展产生重要促进作用,基于我国高校基金会的管理还处于粗放状态,引入精细化管理理念与方法,探讨高校基金会精细化管理的内涵与价值,构建包括人力资源发展、捐赠者开发、捐赠项目设立、捐赠项目实施、捐赠项目信息公开、捐赠投资理财等六个子系统的高校基金会精细化管理模式。

College foundation has become an important organization of the college, which plays an important role in promoting the development of higher education in fundraising. However, college foundation in our country is still in the extensive management stage. Based on this, the paper introduces the refinement management concept, explores the connotations and the values of refinement management, and structures a mode of refinement management which includes human resource development, donors development, donation projects establishment, donation projects implementation ,donation projects information disclosure and donation income financing such six subsystems.
