云南犹太难民安置计划探析

A Study on the Resettlement Plan for the Jewish Refugees in Yunnan Province

20世纪30年代,德国纳粹分子"发动反犹运动"后,欧洲犹太人民纷纷逃离故地,走向未知的土地。上海成为了当时许多犹太人民的理想去处之一。鉴于上海容纳人数的限制,国民政府计划在西南边区建立一个犹太难民寄居区,即"云南犹太难民安置计划"。这项计划曾给当时的犹太人民带来了希望,但迫于当时中国严峻的国内外形势,这项计划最终搁置了。

In 1930s, the Nazi Germany launched the anti - Semitism movement, which made thousands of European Jewish people escaped to the unknown promised places. Shanghai was one of their destinations. Facing the fact of limited accommodation, national government made a plan to create a ghetto for Jewish people in the southwest border area of China, and that was the Yunnan Jewish Refugees Resettlement Plan. This plan brought hope for the Jewish people; however, due to the contemporary harsh situation both at home and abroad, this plan was postponed finally.
