摘要
为了解残疾人阅读需求及图书馆利用情况,丰富公共图书馆对残障用户的服务思路,国家图书馆通过问卷调查和实地访谈的形式开展了针对27个省市图书馆共107位残疾人的调查。通过对调研结果的分析,归纳出残障用户的基本阅读情况、阅读特征、阅读信息需求及对公共图书馆的服务需求信息,以期对公共图书馆残障服务建设有所启示。
In order to understand the reading requirement and the library utilization status of the disabled, as well as widen the service ideas of public library for the disabled, the National Library of China carried out a question-naire survey and interviews among 107 disabled persons in 27 provincial/municipal libraries. Through the analysis of the survey result, the paper summarized the basic reading situation, information acquisition characteristics, knowl-edge information requirement of the disabled and service requirement for the public library. In addition, the paper puts forward some specific suggestions on enhancing public library services for disabled people.
