介绍付费OA出版的现状,包括出版商的收费项目及对不同形式OA出版收费政策的比较、当前对有偿OA出版的支持措施,论文处理费的资助资金来源等。在分析确定OA出版实际开支所面临挑战的基础上探讨OA出版开支的管理以及图书馆参与这一过程的途径。
The paper focuses on the current landscape of payment for open access publication including what is being charged for publication, comparisons between different types of open access publication, and current prac-tices to support paid open access publication. Then, the paper explores the management of publication payment and how libraries can be involved in the process after considering the challenges associated with determining the amounts being spent on open access publication.
