摘要
随着我国医疗政策不断改善和完善,医疗行业呈现在互相竞争的同时,又彼此共存的状态,而人力资源则是医疗行业竞争的本质所在,因此,针对公立医院而言,通过柔性战略视角下对其人力资源管理变革情况进行分析、总结,对提高自身竞争能力具有十分重要的意义。
With the continuous improvement of medical policy in China,the medical industry are?competing and coexisting with each other,and the human resource is the essence of the medical industry competition,therefore,it is of important significance to improving their own competiveness by analyzing and summarizing the human resource management reform in the public hospital in China from the perspective of flexible strategy for the public hospitals.
