参苓白术散加减治疗慢性腹泻的调查研究

Investigation of Additive Shenlingbaizhu Decoction in Treatment of Chronic Diarrhea

目的研究参苓白术散加减对慢性腹泻的治疗作用,为临床提供科学依据。方法选取在2015年2月—2016年2月期间该院收治的156例慢性腹泻患者作为研究对象,随机分成试验组和对照组,每组78例。对照组患者给予腹泻常用药物诺佛沙星胶囊治疗,试验组给予参苓白术散加减治疗,采用调查问卷的方法对患者腹泻类型、病因等等进行调查。结果调查的两组患者经不同用药方案治疗后,试验组患者治愈41例,治愈率为52.56%,腹泻情况有所改善患者33例,起效率为42.31%,总有效率为94.87%;对照组患者治愈21例,治愈率为26.92%,腹泻情况有所改善的患者31例,起效率为39.74%,总有效率为66.67%。经统计学分析,试验组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组患者轻度腹泻37例,中度腹泻39例,严重腹泻2例;对照组中患者轻度腹泻36例,中度腹泻41例,严重腹泻1例。结论通过对腹泻患者进行分型,并根据症状采取不同中药治疗,有助于改善患者腹泻情况,使患者免除腹泻的折磨,临床疗效明显,值得临床推广。

Objective To research the effect of additive shenlingbaizhu decoction in treatment of chronic diarrhea and provide scientific basis for the clinic.Methods 156 cases of patients with Chronic diarrhea admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 78 cases in each,the control group were treated with common diarrhea drug such as norflixacin capsules,the test group were treated with the additive shenlingbaizhu decoction,and the diarrhea types and causes were surveyed by the questionnaires.Results After treatment,in the test group,41 cases were cured,and the cure rate was 52.56%,and the diarrhea situation of 33 cases was improved,and the efficiency rate was 42.31% and the total effective rate was 94.87%;in the control group,21 cases were cured,and the cure rate was 26.92%,and the diarrhea situation of 31 cases was improved,and the efficiency rate was 39.74% and the total effective rate was 66.67%,and the total effective rate in the test group was obviously higher than that in the control group and the difference was obvious with statistical significance after the statistical analysis（P〈0.01）,in the test group,mild diarrhea was in 37 cases,moderate diarrhea was in 39 cases and severe diarrhea was in 2 cases,and in the control group,mild diarrhea was in 36 cases,moderate diarrhea was in 41 cases and severe diarrhea was in 1 cases.Conclusion The typing of patients with diarrhea and adopting the treatment of different traditional Chinese medicines according to the symptoms contribute to improving the diarrhea situation of patients,relieving the sufferings of diarrhea and the clinical curative effect is obvious,which is worth clinical promotion.
