摘要
自从射线成像技术被应用到医学领域之后,CT设备经历了巨大的进步与改善,已成为临床疾病检查与筛查的首选,为疾病的诊断带来了巨大的推动作用。近年来,随着多层螺旋CT的出现,成像技术及后期影像处理技术的发展,CT已在临床疾病检查、筛查、诊断、定位与治疗等方面广泛应用。CT成像原理主要基于单能量成像、能谱曲线、有效原子序数、X线与物质相互作用、能谱成像技术支持等,不仅有助于疾病的诊断和定量分析,而且为疾病数据分析,资料保存提供有效支持。在心血管系统、神经系统、泌尿系统、运动系统、肿瘤定位诊断、靶向治疗、物质分离与鉴别等方面均得到广泛应用,在临床与科研应用中具有广阔的发展空间和应用价值。
CT equipment has experienced enormous progress and improvement and has been the preference of the clinical disease examination and screening since the X-ray imaging technique was applied to the medical field,which brings an enormous promotion effect on the diagnosis of diseases,in recent years,with the emergence of multi-slice spiral CT and development of imaging technique and post imaging processing technique,CT has been widely applied in the clinical disease examination,screening,diagnosis,location and treatment,CT imaging principle not only contributes to the disease diagnosis and quantitative analysis,but also providing effective support for the disease data analysis and data preservation mainly based on the monokinetic imaging,energy spectrum curve,effective atomic number,interaction between x-ray and matter and energy spectrum imaging technology support.And CT is widely applied in the cardiovascular system,nervous system,urinary system,locomotor system,tumor location diagnosis,molecular targeted therapy,physical separation and identification,and has a broad development space and application value in clinic and scientific research application.
