某医院孕产妇抗菌药物应用合理性分析

Analysis of Rationality of Application of Antibacterial Agents in Pregnant Women in Our Hospital

目的根据《卫办医政发38号文》及抗菌药物及《抗菌药物在围手术期的预防应用指南》,对该院2015年择期剖宫产手术患者应用抗菌药物的使用合理性进行评价分析指导临床合理用药。方法抽查该院2015年剖宫产手术病例500份,对其应用抗菌药物情况进行分析。结果抗菌药物应用不合理性主要表现为选药不合理、预防性应用抗菌药物疗程过长等。结论加强抗菌药物预防用药的监护制度,避免或减少抗菌药的不合理使用。

Objective To evaluate and analyze the application rationality of antibacterial agents in patients with elective caesarean section operation in our hospital in 2015 for guiding the clinical rational medication according to the ministry of health affairs issued document no.8,antibacterial agent and preventive application guide of antibacterial agents in perioperative period.Methods 500 cases of patients with caesarean section operation in our hospital in 2015 were extracted and the application situation of antibacterial agents was analyzed.Results The main manifestations of application irrationality of antibacterial agents were irrational drug selection and overlong preventive application of antibacterial agent treatment course.Conclusion We should enhance the monitoring system of preventive medication of antibacterial agents and avoid or reduce the irrational use of antibacterial agents.
