河北省海港口岸禽流感防控体系的研究

Research on bird flu prevention and control system in the seaport in Hebei Province

目的建立符合河北口岸防疫现状、操作性强的禽流感防控体系。方法通过了解国际上对禽流感的研究最新进展,充分考虑河北省口岸特征,深入研究存在问题。结果通过建立事前有预警,事中有对策,事后有分析的禽流感整体防控体系,能够有效遏制河北口岸禽流感的传播和蔓延。结论该体系具有可操作性和可推广性,能够提高口岸禽流感防控整体水平。

Objective To establish a bird flu prevention and control system meeting the epidemic prevention status in Hebei seaport and with strong operation.Methods The existing issues were deeply researched by knowing the latest research development of bird flu and fully considering the features of Hebei seaport.Results The establishment of whole bird flu prevention and control system with alarming before the event,strategy in the event and analysis after the event can effectively prevent the transmission and spread of bird flu in Hebei seaport.Conclusion The system can be operated and promoted,which can improve the whole level of bird flu prevention and control in seaport.
