医院全科大夫临床带教方法探析

若要在全科医疗服务领域造就出业务能力强、技术高超的专科医师与全科医师,则需要在进行见习带教时,不能仅仅讲解该专科方面的相关治疗知识,而应当注重弥补自身的不足。要认真考虑全科医学的实际特点,并树立全科医学带教理念,应当增强带教教师自身的业务能力,充分利用医院各项资源,并探索更有效的全科医学培训模式,树立正确的带教思维。同时,应采取以患者作为中心的模式,增强见习生的自信心,另外结合见习生自身特点,重视预防教育及健康教育,通过重视带教老师示范作用,提升见习生的沟通水平。

We should pay attention to making up for their own shortcomings instead of only explaining the related treatment knowledge in the undergraduate and junior college aspects if we want to obtain a specialist and general practitioner with strong professional qualification and great skill in the general medical service filed.We should carefully consider the practical features of general medicine,establish a general medicine teaching notion,enhance the professional qualification of teachers,fully using various hospital resources,explore a more effective general medicine training model and establish an accurate teaching thinking,at the same time,we should adopt the patient-centered model,enhance the confidence of trainees,pay attention to preventive education and health education combined with their own features of trainees,and improve the communication level of trainees by paying attention to the demonstration function of teachers.
