护理质量评价在中医护理管理中的应用效果观察

Observation on Application Effect of Nursing Quality Evaluation in the Nursing Management of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨分析护理质量评价在中医护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月—2016年1月期间该院各科室100例护理人员作为观察对象。将其简单随机分为两组,观察组50例,对照组50例。在护理管理模式中,对照组护理人员使用常规的护理管理模式,观察组护理人员在常规的护理管理的基础上,给予护理质量评价管理模式进行干预。管理后,对比两组护理人员的中医护理管理质量评分以及患者对护理服务的满意程度。结果观察组护理人员在护理后中医护理管理质量各指标评分均明显优于对照组,P<0.05;且患者对护理服务的满意率为94.00%,明显优于对照组(80.00%),P<0.05。结论采用护理质量评价管理模式在中医护理管理中的效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To study and analyze the application effect of nursing quality evaluation in the nursing management of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 100 cases of nursing staff in various departments in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the observation objects and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine nursing management model under the nursing management model,the observation group adopted the nursing quality evaluation management model for intervention on the basis of the control group,and the medical management quality score and satisfactory degree of patients to nursing services after management were compared between the two groups.Results The various index scores of nursing quality of traditional Chinese medicine in the observation group after management were obviously better than those in the control group,P〈0.05,and the satisfactory rate of patients to nursing service in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group,（94.00%vs 80.00%）,P 0.05.Conclusion The effect of nursing quality evaluation management model in the nursing management of traditional Chinese medicine is obvious,which is worth promotion.
