人性化管理在儿科护理管理中的应用意义

与其他科室相比,儿科患者年龄比较小,经常会出现哭闹、躁动、恐惧等现象,很容易对患儿的治疗产生影响,同时也增加了护理服务的难度。而儿科护理属于儿科患者治疗过程中比较重要的一个环节,具有工作量大、技术难度高等特点,患者不愿意配合医院的治疗及护理工作,直接影响患儿的治疗效果。在对患儿进行临床治疗时,为其提供人性化管理,坚持以患儿为中心,并根据患儿的性格特点和心理需求为其提供针对性的临床护理服务,主要措施包括:人性化的病房环境、尽可能发挥护士的潜能、告知患者在护理过程中的相关注意事项、帮助患者养成良好的饮食习惯等。在日常护理工作中,充分发挥每一位护理人员的潜能,以确保各个环节的护理工作能够有条不紊的进行,定期对护理人员进行专业知识和技能的培训与教育。这样不仅可以有效缓解患儿的临床症状,提高其治疗效果,而且还能降低医疗纠纷的发生率,提高护理满意度。

Compared with the other departments,the age of patients in the department of paediatrics is small,the phenomenon including cry,upset and horror often occurs,and it is easy to have an effect on the treatment of children and also increase the difficulty of nursing service,however,the nursing is an important link in the treatment course in the department of paediatrics,with features of heavy workload and high technical difficulty,and patients failing to cooperate with the hospital treatment and nursing work can have a direct effect on the treatment effect of children,and in the clinical treatment,we should provide them with humanistic management and adhere to the patient-centered idea,and provide targeted clinical nursing services according to the children＇s personalities and mental demands,including humanistic ward environment,try to give play to the nurse＇s potential,informing patients of the related notices in the nursing course and helping patients develop a good dieting habits,in the daily nursing work,we should fully give play to the potential of each nursing staff,thus ensuring the orderly conduct of nursing work in various links,in these ways,we can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children,improve the treatment effect,reduce the incidence rate of medical disputes and improve the nursing satisfactory degree.
