人性化护理管理在临床护理工作中的应用探析

目的对人性化护理管理在临床护理工作中的应用价值进行研究,并用有效的护理方法对不同的病人进行护理,提高患者治疗的恢复率和满意度。方法选取该院2013年1月—2015年1月收治的200例患者,根据随机分配的原则,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组100例,对对照组患者采取传统护理的方法,干预组进行人性化的护理,对两组患者的治疗恢复率、护理依从性及护理满意度进行比较。结果干预组患者在治疗恢复率、护理依从率及护理满意度的表现上,均较对照组患者良好,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在临床的护理工作中采取人性化服务,患者治疗恢复率高,护理依从率高,护理满意度高,在临床上具有很高的应用推广意义。

Objective To research the application value of humanistic nursing management in the clinical nursing work and apply effective nursing methods for different patients thus improving the treatment recovery rate and satisfactory degree.Methods 200 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each,the control group adopted the traditional nursing method,the interventional group adopted the humanistic nursing,and the treatment recovery rate,nursing compliance and nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment recovery rate,nursing compliance rate and nursing satisfactory degree in the intervention group were better than those in the control group,and the differences between groups had statistical significance,P〈0.05.Conclusion The treatment recovery rate,nursing compliance rate and nursing satisfactory degree of patients are high after adopting the humanistic services in the clinical nursing work,and it is of highest application and promotion significance in clinic.
