危重病人在院前急救及转运中的注意事项

Notes in the Pre-hospital Emergency and Transport for Critical Patients

目的探讨危重病人院前转运时的措施、途径、时间、环境等注意事项,为最大程度降低患者转运途中的风险,提高危重患者救治存活率提供科学依据。方法统计该市120急救中心近三年来转送的62名危重病人,回顾性分析其一般资料,对危重患者转运时的抢救措施、时间等关键环节进行分析和总结。结果该组62例病例在指挥中心接到求救电话后均立刻于附近站点派车前往,最长30 min到达事发地,最快10 min到达转运目的医院,其中30 min内到达转运目的医院10例,所有患者均成功转运至目的医院。所有复合伤病人均根据伤情妥善固定和转运,未发生1例二次损伤。结论及时的转运、正确的抢救措施、完善的设施、充分的预案和评估是抢救成功的关键。

Objective To study the notes including measures,ways,time and environment in the transport for critical patients before admission and provide scientific basis for reducing the risks of patients in the transport way and improve the treatment survival rate of critical patients.Methods The general data of 62 cases of critical patients transported to our emergency center in recent three years were retrospectively analyzed,and the key links of emergency measures and time of critical patients at the time of transport were analyzed and summarized.Results The command center immediately sent a car to pick up patients after a call for help,and it took half an hour to reach the scene at most,and 10 min to the targeted hospital at least,10 cases reached the targeted hospital within 30 min,and all patients with combined injury were properly transported according to their wounds,and the secondary injury did not occur to anyone.Conclusion Timely transport,accurate rescue measures,perfect facilities and adequate plans and evaluation are the key to success.
