消毒供应室质量管理与控制研究

Research on Quality Management and Control of the Disinfection Supply Room

目的对该院消毒供应室质量管理以及控制措施进行研究,调查院感发生率。方法该院在2015年5月—2016年5月间通过建立科学、标准化的质量管理系统、加强供应室人员培训、管理等方式提升该院消毒供应室的质量管理质量,有效控制院感发生。结果 2015年5月—2016年5月加强管理后有1例物品消毒不合格案例和1例其他案例,与加强管理前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2015年5月—2016年5月仅有1例院感病例,与加强管理前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应室的各个工作环节紧密相联,标准化的工作流程能够保证医疗器械循环使用的质量,同时也能够提升供应室的工作质量,控制院感发生。

Objective To research the quality management and control measures of the disinfection supply room in our hospital and survey the incidence rate of hospital infection.Methods The scientific and standardized quality control system was established in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 and the quality management quality in the disinfection supply room in our hospital was improved by enhancing the personnel training and management,and the occurrence of hospital infection was effectively controlled.Results The unqualified disinfection occurred to 1 case,and other cases occurred to 1 case after enhancing management,and there was a statistical difference compared with those before enhancing management（P〈0.05）,there was only 1 case with hospital infection from May 2015 to May 2016,and there was a statistical difference compared with that before enhancing management（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Various working links in the disinfection supply room should be closely related,and the standardized workflow can not only ensure the quality of circulation use of medical devices but also can improve the working quality in the supply room and control the occurrence of hospital infection.
