重症监护室中冠心病患者的疼痛护理方法及疗效研究

Research on Pain Nursing Method and Curative Effect of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease in ICU

目的研究重症监护室中冠心病患者的疼痛护理方法及疗效。方法选取该院重症监护室中冠心病患者80例,收取时间为2013年4月—2015年6月期间,并将重症监护室中冠心病患者分为两组,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用疼痛护理。结果观察组患者护理后的疼痛评分、疼痛发作次数显著优于对照组,观察组患者的总满意度(97.50%)显著高于对照组患者的总满意度(77.50%),观察组患者重症监护室住院时间(8.27±1.23)d、住院总费用(13 458.24±145.78)元显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论重症监护室中冠心病患者的疼痛护理方法具有良好的临床效果。

Objective To research the pain nursing method and curative effect of patients with coronary heart disease in ICU.Methods 80 cases of patients with coronary heart disease in ICU in our hospital were selected from April 2013 to June 2015,and divided into two groups,the control group adopted the routine nursing,while the observation group adopted the pain nursing.Results The pain score and pain attack frequency after nursing in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group,and the total satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（97.50% vs 77.50%）,and the length of stay and total hospitalization cost in the observation group were（8.27±1.23） and（13 458.24±145.78） yuan,which were obviously better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The pain nursing method for patient with coronary heart disease in ICU has a good clinical effect.
