摘要 分析薄壁零件加工特点,以某小批量高精度U形薄壁铝支座零件为例,设计专用夹具,实现了部分五轴加工转三轴加工技术,节约成本,为企业合理使用高端设备提供技术方向;设计了专用刀具,并提供减震和抗振措施,改进部件的五轴加工工艺,提高了生产效率,减少废品率。实践证明,该工艺改进措施在企业薄壁零件加工中实用、高效。 The thin-wall part processing characteristics were analyzed. Taking a low-volume high-precision U-shaped thin-wall aluminum bearing part as example,special fixture was designed to achieve partial five-axis machining transferring three-axis machining technology,so cost was saved and technical direction was provided for the enterprises to rational use of high-end equipment. A special tool was designed. And shock absorption and vibration measures were provided to improve the five-axis machining technology,so production efficiency was improved and scrap rate was reduced. The practice has proved that process improvement measures are practical and efficient in dealing with thin-wall parts processing.
