摘要
简单介绍预弯机工艺过程和液压系统控制原理,指出预弯机控制系统定位和同步精度不足导致能耗浪费较大。分析解决问题的方法并提出改进方案,改进系统控制结构组成以提高左、右机油缸位置同步控制精度;采用直驱式容积控制液压系统,以提高控制系统的能源利用率。研究表明改进后的系统控制性能和能耗都有很好的改善。
The process of pre-bending machine and the theory of the hydraulic control system were introduced briefly. It was pointed out that lack of precision in positioning and synchronization of the control system led to large energy wasting. The method to solve this problem was analyzed and the improvement plan was put forward. The system control structure was improved to improve the position synchronization control accuracy of left and right cylinder,direct drive volume control hydraulic system was used to improve the energy efficiency of the control system. The study shows that the system control performance and energy consumption have been improved after taking the improvement measures.
