摘要
分析清除速生林树根的现有技术,设计一种液压挖树根机,该机与36.77 k W四轮拖拉机配套使用,工作时操纵液压控制系统能够一次性将树根挖起,结构简单,制造成本低,工作效率高,弥补了现有技术的不足。利用NX软件对挖树根机构进行三维数字化设计并进行运动仿真,检验机构布置的合理性。
The existing technology to remove roots of fast- growing woods was analyzed. A hydraulic digging roots machine was designed. The machine was supported with 36. 77 k W four wheel tractor. While working,the hydraulic control system of the machine was manipulated to dig roots once. The machine has simple structure,low manufacturing cost,high work efficiency,making up for the deficiency of the existing technology. Through NX software,3D digitizing design of digging roots mechanism and motion simulation were made to examine the rationality of the mechanism arrangement.
