摘要
基于工业4.0时期对制造业人才的要求,运用探索性因子分析(Exploratory Factor Analysis,EFA)分析制造业人才发展影响因素,将制造业人才素质划分为知识结构体系、生产环境适应能力、专业知识、信息技术能力、工程实践能力、工匠精神和管理能力七个方面,并通过结构方程模型(Structural Equation Modeling,SEM)验证该模型。通过对结构方程模型分析结果的解读,对新工业环境下制造业人才发展提出新的改进建议。
Based on the requirement for manufacturing industry 4.0, this paper analyzes the main factors which affect the manufacturing talent developing by using Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA). These factors are divided into seven aspects: the knowledge structure system, adaptability of production manufacturing, professional knowledge ability, Information technology ability, engineering practice ability, craftsman spirit and management ability. Structural Equation model(SEM) is used to verify this model. Through the interpretation of the result of the Structural Equation model, the suggestions for manufacturing talent development in Industry 4.0 are put forward.
