Research on the Parts-whole Co-symbiotic Model: A Case Study of the Development of Transmission Matching

整零协同研发作为一种对汽车产品开发过程进行组织和管理的模式,可以被视为一个微观的经济共生态。文章从共生视角,以整零协同研发的合作特征为依据,对其生态系统及共生模式进行解析,整零协同研发共生模式也基本遵循点共生、间歇共生、连续共生、一体化共生的演化运行方式。最后,以变速器与整车匹配创新模式进行实例说明。

As a kind of organization and management mode of the development process of automobile product, the parts-whole synergistic research and development can be regarded as a micro economic symbiosis pattern. Based on the symbiotic perspective, this paper takes the characteristics of parts-whole synergistic research and development as the basis to analyze the ecological system and symbiotic model. The parts-whole synergistic symbiotic model of the research and development also basically follows the evolution and operation modes of point symbiosis, intermittent symbiosis, continuous symbiosis, integration symbiotic. Finally, the transmission and vehicle matching innovation model is illustrated.
