摘要
师资博士后制度作为高校一种全新的人才选拔、师资培养模式,具有鲜明的开放性、竞争性和流动性,是高校师资力量的缓冲区和蓄水池,实施师资博士后制度对于高校师资队伍建设具有明显地推动作用。本文在阐述师资博士后制度发展和特点的基础上,对目前存在的问题进行了分析,并对西安电子科技大学师资博士后制度的开展及成效进行了介绍。
The post doctoral system of qualified teachers, as a new personnel selection, teacher training mode in colleges and universities, has distinct opening, competition and mobility, and is the buffer and reservoir for universities' qualified teacher forces. The implementation of this system has an obvious role in promoting the construction of qualified teachers in colleges and universities. On the basis of the development and characteristics of the qualified teacher's post doctoral system, this paper analyzes the existing problems, and introduces the development and achievements of the post doctoral system of Xidian University.
