摘要
SPOC的迅速发展给高等教育带来了前所未有的机遇与挑战,青年教师教学能力是SPOC顺利实施的基本保障。本文阐述了SPOC混合教学模式的基本特征,分析了SPOC背景下青年教师面临的问题,并从教育理念、信息化平台、教学团队、评价体系等方面研究如何提升青年教师教学能力,进而推进高校信息化进程,提高高等教育质量。
The rapid development of SPOC brings unprecedented opportunity and challenge for the higher education. Young college teachers' teaching ability is the basic insurance to ensure the smooth implementation of SPOC. In this paper, not only the basic characteristics of SPOC blended teaching model is introduced, but also the problem that young teachers faced under the SPOC is analyzed.Furthermore, the research on how to improve young college teachers' teaching ability in fields of education idea, information platform,teaching team and evaluation system is presented. By this way, the university informatization process is advanced and the quality of higher education is improved.
