摘要
本文通过对原油动态交接计量过程中的误差原因进行分析,认为量值传递误差、计量器具误差、环境误差、人员误差是主要原因;通过国家标准空气中净油重量计算公式分析得出影响交接计量的主要因素是流量计指示体积、流量计系数、标准密度、含水率和温度等参数,进而结合工作实践提出控制计量交接误差的对策。
Based on the analysis of the errors in the process of dynamic handover of crude oil, it is considered that the error of transmission, error of measuring instruments, error of environment and error of personnel are the main reasons. The influence of net oil weight in the national standard is analyzed. The main factors of transfer metering are the indication of volume, flow meter coefficient,standard density, moisture content and temperature.
