城市综合服务功能是城市竞争力的基础,是提升城市竞争力的一个途径,而城市竞争力是城市综合服务功能的提升与凝练。文章针对性的对国外几个先进城市的成功发展经验进行研究,以期对提升我国城市综合服务功能给出若干启示。

The comprehensive service function of a city is not only the basis of the competitiveness, but also a way to enhance it. And the competitiveness of a city is the extraction and promotion of the comprehensive service function of a city. This paper gave deep research on some advanced foreign cities to illustrate some enlightenment for our domestic cities to improve their comprehensive service function.
