精准时代膀胱癌诊疗策略探讨 被引量：2

摘要 膀胱癌是我国泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,近年来发病率和死亡率均逐年上升。膀胱癌的诊断和治疗策略主要依赖于病理学和影像学检查,然而对于同一组织学类型、分期、分级的膀胱癌患者,采取同样的治疗措施后其疗效和生存预后却有较大差异,说明目前膀胱癌的诊断和治疗方式尚难做到精准。因此,建立一个在临床表现和病理学特征基础上,综合考虑分子分型、免疫和转移状态,并能预测疗效的膀胱癌诊疗体系是今后膀胱癌诊断和治疗的研究方向.
