摘要
本文站在开发商和造价事务所两者的角度上,通过总结大量项目经验,实际案列分析,阐述了从建设项目投资决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段、竣工结算阶段分别详细阐述了全过程造价控制要点。通过管理和技术措施控制使造价咨询单位真正做到为开发商节约投资,达到成本控制的目标,真正发挥在建设项目全过程造价控制的重要作用。
From the perspective of both the developer and the cost firm, this paper expatiates the key points of whole process cost control from the investment decision-making stage, the design stage, the bidding stage, the construction stage and the completion settlement stage by summing up a lot of project experience and practical case analysis. Through management and technical measures control, the cost consulting units can achieve real savings for developers to achieve the goal of cost control, and truly play an important role in the cost control for construction project.
