在能源供应日益紧张,国家大力鼓励节能减排的大形势下,专业节能公司与工业企业合作开展合同能源项目,共享节电收益的运作模式日趋成熟。本文重点介绍工业企业合同能源项目的常规运作模式,以及节能效益的评估思路。
Under the situation that the energy supply is becoming increasingly tense and the state strongly encourages energy saving and emission reduction, the operation mode of professional energy-saving company and industrial enterprise cooperating to carry out contract energy project and sharing the energy-saving benefit is becoming mature. This paper focuses on the routine operation mode of contract energy projects of industrial enterprises and the evaluation of energy efficiency.
