食品安全问题关系国计民生,向来是社会焦点。当下,老百姓对食品添加剂‘谈虎色变’,其实完全没有必要。本文详细介绍了几种常见非法食品添加剂及其检测方法,又从食品安全的角度介绍几种安全的食品添加剂及其使用规定,旨在让社会对食品添加剂的使用方法和用量有一个清晰地认识,同时提高食品生产加工行业对食品安全的警惕性,力求为社会提供安全放心的食品。

Food safety is related to the national economy and people＇s livelihood, so it has always been the focus of society. At present,people are very scared of food additives, but it is not necessary. This paper introduces the common illegal food additives and several detection methods, and introduces several safety food additives and their application from the perspective of food safety, to give a clear understanding of the use of food additives and the amount of food additives, at the same time it improves the food production and processing industries for food safety vigilance, and strives to provide safe and secure food for the community.
