本文将在高速公路建设项目中引入PPP风险管理模式,通过政府与施工企业共建的科学的风险管理体系来识别高速公路投资环节的各项风险因素,并提出有针对性的风险防控措施,以确保公路建设项目顺利实施。
This paper introduces the PPP model of risk management in highway construction projects, identifies the risk factors of highway investment links through a scientific risk management system built by government and construction enterprises, and puts forward the targeted risk prevention and control measures to ensure the smooth implementation of highway construction projects.
