摘要 从微观力学的角度来看,轻骨料混凝土中轻骨料与水泥之间的接触界面以及轻骨料本身的强度是削弱混凝土性能的主要因素,而通过纤维的混杂,可以在不同层次、不同阶段,在裂缝之间传递荷载,桥接微裂缝,以减小裂缝集中应力的方式来改善基体混凝土内部的薄弱环节,从而在宏观上提高基体的强度、韧性以及耐久性。本文采用正交试验探讨各个影响因数与劈裂抗拉强度的线性回归方程以及混杂纤维轻骨料混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度的试验拟合计算公式。 From the perspective of micro mechanics, the contact interface between lightweight aggregate and cement in lightweight aggregate concrete and the strength of lightweight aggregate itself are the main factors to weaken the performance of concrete. And through the hybrid fiber, it can transfer load between cracks, bridging micro cracks at different levels, in different stages, to reduce crack to improve the weak link matrix concrete internal stress concentration, so as to improve the matrix strength, toughness and durability in the macro. In this paper, orthogonal test was used to study the linear regression equation of each influence factor and splitting tensile strength, and the formula of splitting tensile strength of hybrid fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete.
