Analysis and Countermeasures of College Students' Fear of Interpersonal Communication

大学生中常见的人际交往障碍是社交恐惧,本研究旨在通过对地方师范院校大学生的研究探求预防以及解决大学生社交恐惧的方法。结果表明:大学生社交恐惧主要表现在外出减少,畏惧与人交流方面;个人的性格品质和社会上的一些功利趋势导致了大学生社交焦虑。

The common interpersonal barrier of college students is social fear. The purpose of this study is to explore the ways of preventing and solving the social fear of the college students through the research of the local normal university students. The results show that the social fear of college students are mainly manifested in reducing going out and fearing communicating with others; the personal characters and quality and social utility trend led the social anxiety of college students.
