Study on the Relationship between College Students' Learning Ability and Career Development Ability

大学生职业发展能力是可以学习的,有效的职业发展战略学生应与学生的学习能力有关,但是与专业课程的学习能力无关。研究结果启示我们需要重视大学生职业发展能力的训练。

College students＇ career development ability can be learned, effective career development strategy should be related to the students＇ learning ability, but not related to the learning ability of the professional course. The results of the study revealed that we need to pay attention to the training of college students＇ career development ability.
