摘要
高职院校应该加强对学生的职业荣誉感培养,加强学生职业荣誉感应该从职业认知教育,职业发展规划,专业成功职业人案例教学和生涯人物访谈教育四个路径入手,形成一个完整的教育闭合体系,从而形成职业荣誉感教育力量,促进高职院校人才培养目标的顺利实现。
Higher vocational colleges should strengthen the cultivation of students＇ professional sense of honor. To strengthen the students＇ sense of honor should from four paths of the professional cognitive education, career development planning, case teaching of successful professional person and education of career person interview to form a complete education closure system, so as to form a sense of professional honor education, and promote the smooth realization of the goals of higher vocational colleges personnel training.
