摘要 研究不同品种、温度、假茎粗度和处理时间对大葱花芽分化影响,采用正交试验L9(3^4)设计,结果表明:在假茎粗度一致的条件下,各试验因素对大葱花芽分化影响的效应顺序是:处理天数〉温度〉品种。试验以处理组合A2B2C3为最优,其次组合为A1B2C2和A1B3C3,最差的组合为A1B1C1;在温度一致的条件下,各试验因素对大葱花芽分化影响的效应顺序是:假茎粗度〉品种〉处理天数。 This experiment focused on the effects of the flower bud differentiation of welsh onion under different varieties,temperatures,rhizome diameters and treatment time. The orthogonal design L9(3^4) was used. The results showed that under the condition of uniform diameter,The order of differentiation effects is: number of treated days temperature variety. The optimal combination was A1B2C2 and A1B3C3,the sub-optimal combination was A1B2C2 and A1B3C3,and the worst combination was A1B1C1. Under the same temperature,the effect order of each factor on the flower bud differentiation of welsh onion was as follows: Rhizome diameter variety number of treated days.
