五参二连颗粒对病毒性心肌炎病人血清IL-6、TNF-α及cTnI水平的影响

The Influence of Wushen Erlian Granules on Serum IL-6,TNF-α and cTnI in Patients with Viral Myocarditis

目的探讨五参二连颗粒对病毒性心肌炎病人血清白细胞介素6（IL-6）和肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）及肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）的影响。方法选择2014年1月—2015年12月徐州市中医院住院的病毒性心肌炎病人30例,按分层随机区组设计,将病人分成正常治疗组（对照组）和五参二连颗粒治疗组（治疗组）。对照组给予常规卧床休息＋高热量饮食＋西药口服辅酶Q10 mg,每日3次;维生素C 0.1 g,每日3次;利巴韦林10 mg/（kg·d）-15 mg/（kg·d）及250 m L极化液静脉输注。治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用中药五参二连颗粒1袋,每日3次。14 d为1个疗程。于入院第1天、第7天及第14天时抽取病人静脉血液,检测病人血清中IL-6、TNF-α、cTnI的浓度。结果与对照组比较,治疗组病人在第7天及第14天时血清中IL-6、TNF-α的浓度明显下降（P〈0.05）,在第7天时血清中cTnI的浓度明显下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论五参二连颗粒可以明显降低病毒性心肌炎病人血清中TNF-α、IL-6及cTnI的水平,可直接减弱病毒对心肌炎性反应损害的免疫过程及减轻病人的心肌损伤,有利于病人恢复。

Objective To explore the Influence of Wushen Erlian granule（ WEG） on serum interleukin-6（ IL-6）,tumor necrosis factor-α（ TNF-α） and cardiac troponin I（ cTnI） in patients with viral myocarditis. Methods Sixty hospitalized patients with viral myocarditis in Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to December 2015,were randomly divided into two groups： control group（n =30） treated with routine treatment,and treatment group（n = 30） treated with routine treatment plus WEG for 14 day. At first day of admission（ T0）,7 days of admission（ T1） and 14 days of admission（ T2）,blood samples were obtained. The serum concentrations of IL-6,TNF-α and cTnI were detected in T0,T1 to T2. Results The serum concentrations of IL-6,TNF-α in treatment group at the time of T1 and T2 were significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0. 05）. Compared with control group,there was a significant difference on the concentration of cTnI at the time of T1（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion WEG can decrease the concentrations of serum IL-6,TNF-α and cTnI in patients with viral myocarditis. It can directly reduce the process of the immune response produced by viral to damage myocardial,and reduce myocardial injury.
