跨境电子商务标准化发展探索——浅谈中国(杭州)跨境电子商务综合试验区发展的经验

Exploration on the Standardization Development of Cross-Border e-Commerce ——Development Experience of China(Hangzhou) Cross-Border e-Commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area

近年来,跨境电子商务在国内外都获得了长足的发展,从交易规模、交易类别到交易金额都有了巨大的扩张。2015年国务院批准设立"中国(杭州)跨境电子商务综合试验区",杭州"电商之都"地位随之确立。该文从国内外跨境电子商务标准化的发展历程着眼,分析整理中国(杭州)跨境电子商务综合试验区的相关发展经验与现有成果,探索我国跨境电子商务标准化发展的方向与契机,以及"互联网+"战略时代,如何完善相关标准,创新监管模式,提高信息交互能力,确保跨境电子商务产业的健康有序发展。

In recent years, Cross-Border e-Commerce has made significant progress in both China and abroad. The scale of transactions, the class of transactions and the amount of transaction are all made a huge expansion. In 2015, the State Council（China） approved the establishment of China（Hangzhou） Cross-Border e-Commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area. This paper focus on the development of the cross-border e-commerce worldwide, try to find out an effective system of standardization, a manage and supervisory systems based on the experience and existing achievements of the Cross-Border e-Commerce Comprehensive Pilot Area.
