基于地理国情数据的围填海动态监测

Reclamation Dynamic Monitoring Based on Geographical Conditions Data

以天津滨海新区地理国情普查数据、多时相遥感影像为数据源，依据围填海动态监测技术方案，提取1975年~2015年间13期围填海信息，结合沿海边界线长度、围填海面积、地表覆盖分类信息及建设用地供给进行综合统计分析，从而为海洋资源的科学管理和合理开发利用提供参考信息和数据支撑。

Using the geographical conditions data, multitemporal remote sensing images as the data source, extract thirteen period reclamation information from 1975 to 2015 of Tianjin Binhai New District,according to reclamation dy-namic monitoring programmes. Comprehensive statistical analysis was done combined with coastal border length,reclama-tion area,the earth＆#39;s surface covering classification information and the construction land supply data. Provide the refer-ence information and data support for the scientific management and reasonable exploitation of marine resources.
