摘要
介绍某特高压变电站一起1 100 kV GIS设备的盆式绝缘子内部击穿故障的发生过程,结合故障录波、SF6气体、局部放电在线监测结果确定了故障气室的位置,解体分析该气室盆式绝缘子内部击穿故障,讨论分析该故障可能的原因和发展过程,指出盆式绝缘子内部贯穿性放电是由产品在制造过程中内部存在空穴或异物缺陷导致的。
In this paper, an inner breakdown failure of basin-type insulator in GIS of an UHV substation is introduced briefly. By combing the fault recording, SF6 and online partial discharge monitoring, the faulty gas chamber is located accurately. By disassembly the inner breakdown fault of basin-type insulator in the gas chamber is analyzed, and the possible causes and degradation of this inner breakdown failure are analyzed. It is pointed out that the inner breakdown discharge is caused by cavities or foreign matters in the process of manufacture.
