摘要
针对目前现浇混凝土结构的操作工井施工周期长、材料浪费、对环境影响较大等不足,提出采用高强轻质的压型钢板-陶粒混凝土组合材料预制成电缆操作工井的拼接单元,对拼接单元的连接部进行细化设计,通过有限元软件对井体的受力状况进行分析,校验新型材料的可靠性,与传统现浇操作工井进行经济及环境影响比较,得出建议性结论。
Aiming at long construction period, considerable material consumption and the impact on environment of the present cable work well with cast-in-place concrete structure, the paper suggests adoption of a high-strength lightweight combination of profiled steel sheet and ceramisite concrete to prefabricate splicing units for cable working shaft; then, it proposes a refinement design of the connection part of the splicing unit.By the finite element software, the paper analyzes the stress of the shaft body to check the reliability of the new material. The new cable working shaft is compared with traditional cast-in-place working shaft in terms of economic and environmental impact to draw an advisory conclusion.
