摘要 目前汽车稳定性控制已成为汽车主动安全领域的研究热点,配有主动安全控制系统的车辆能够根据行驶条件和车辆运行状态对汽车进行实时控制,有效地控制车身姿态,提高汽车的侧翻稳定性和行驶安全性。本文主要针对微型客车在高速转弯过程的侧翻稳定性进行研究,利用Carsim软件建立某微型客车参数化模型,在Simulink环境下进行防侧翻控制策略研究。设置车辆横向载荷转移率为侧翻触发门限,利用差动制动方法,提出控制目标及控制策略,并通过仿真试验对所提出的控制策略加以验证。结果表明,本文所提出的控制策略能够比较有效地控制车辆的侧翻姿态,改善微型客车的侧翻稳定性。 At the present,the vehicle stability control has become a research hotspot in the field of vehicle active safety.Vehicle with active safety control system can control the car body in the real-time according to the driving conditions and running state.Effectively control of the vehicle attitude improves the vehicle rollover stability and driving safety.This paper investigated the rollover stability mainly of the minivan at high speed in the process of turning.A parametric model of the vehicle was established using Carsim software.The proposed control strategy to prevent rollover was studied through Simulink simulation experiment.The transfer rate of vehicle lateral load was set as rollover trigger threshold,and the control objectives and control strategy were proposed using the method of differential braking.The proposed control strategy was verified through the simulation tests.The results demonstrated that the proposed control strategy could effectively control the vehicle rollover posture and could improve the rollover stability of minivan.
