通过对济钢5#板坯连铸机性能的研究,结合以往传统中间包快速更换的生产实践,进行技术创新,细化中间包烘烤操作,优化中间包快速更换流程,同时调整拉速方案,实现了中间包低位快速更换,提高了连铸机的作业率和产量,有效地降低了生产成本。
Based on the performance study of Jigang No. 5 slab continuous caster and the traditional tundish qu ick replacement practice,Jigang carries out technical innovation,refines tundish baking operation,optimizes tundish quick replacement process,adjusts the withdrawal speed schedule, fulfills lower position quick replacement of tundish,increases the availabi lity and output of the caster, effectively reducing the production cost.
