老年重症心力衰竭急诊内科治疗临床探索

目的研究急诊内科老年重症心力衰竭患者的临床治疗方法。方法抽取本院急诊科2015年接治的120例老年重症心力衰竭患者为研究对象,回顾分析全部患者的临床资料,并且按照治疗方法进行分组,将接受利经典模式(即尿剂+洋地黄)治疗的60例老年重症心力衰竭患者分配至对照组,将接受β阻滞剂联合ARB血管紧张素拮抗剂以及利尿剂治疗的另外60例老年重症心力衰竭患者分配至观察组,对比两组心衰患者的临床疗效。结果观察组老年重症心力衰竭患者的临床疗效要明显优于对照组,并且不良反应情况也要优于对照组,两组老年重症心力衰竭患者之间的疗效差异以及不良反应差异显著,P<0.05。结论β阻滞剂联合ARB血管紧张素拮抗剂治疗老年重症心衰的临床效果要优于经典模式(即尿剂+洋地黄),并且不良反应少,值得在临床上推广。

Conclusion β blocker ARB angiotensin antagonist therapy clinical effect of elderly patients with severe heart failure better than the classic mode （ie diuretics ＋ digitalis）, and fewer adverse reactions, should be promoted in clinical practice.
