注射用聚乳酸和交联透明质酸钠凝胶的制备及性能研究

The Synthesis and Properties Investigation of Polyactide Microsperes and Cross-linked Sodium Hyaluronate for Injection

本研究对交联透明质酸钠凝胶的交联工艺以及和自制的聚乳酸微球的不同配比进行研究,成功制备了注射用美容凝胶。对不同交联度和不同配比的溶胀度、流变学、渗透压、动力粘度、稳定性等性能指标进行研究,并对本产品的灭菌稳定性进行了考察。结果表明本产品灭菌后较稳定,均匀细腻,其弹性模量、动力粘度和溶胀度均较好,具有很好的临床应用前景。

This crosslinking process of sodium hyaluronate and homemade different ratio polylactic acid microspheres were studied,Hairdressing gel for injected was successfully achieved. With different crosslinking degree and different ratio of swelling degree,rheology,osmotic pressure,performance indicators,such as dynamic viscosity,stability and sterilization on the product stability was investigated. Results show that this product is stable after sterilization,uniform fine,its elastic modulus,dynamic viscosity and swelling degree were better. And they have good prospects for clinical application.
