摘要
针对某企业现有的汽车差速器行星锥齿轮的开式模锻技术存在锻件飞边大的问题进行改进,使锻件不产生较大的横向飞边,并进一步提高锻件质量和精度。在工艺及模具开发中,应用DEFORM-3D软件进行锻造模拟分析,实现优化设计。通过改进,可以提高材料利用率、生产效率和锻件质量。
This paper makes improvements to the problem of large flash on forgings in open-die forging technology for automobile differential planet bevel gear in enterprises, In the process oftechnology and mold development, DEFORM-3D software for forging simulation analysis is used, which can make the design optimized. Through the improvement, material utilization, production efficiency and the quality of forgings can be improved.
