普通货运物流公司的小散特运营发展模式研究

Development Mode Research on Small Scattered Special Operation in Ordinary Freight Logistics Corporation

以普通货运物流公司为研究对象,通过简单的研究背景介绍,阐述其"小、散、特"的运营特点,对运营过程中存在的主要问题进行分析。再结合普通货运物流公司现有的两点式运营模式、其特有的运营特点和所在物流园区运营分析,构建适合其特点的发展模式,在一定程度上缓解了目前普通货运物流公司出现的一些问题,提高企业运营效率。

This paper studies ordinary freight logistics. Through simply introducing the research background, the author finds its running characters ＂small, scattered, special＂. Then the author analyzes the major problems in the process of running. Combining its present two-point operation mode, its unique characters and analyses of the logistics park where it settles, this paper tries to construct a suitable mode to solve the present problems and improve the operating efficiency to some extent.
